Our sandwich trays are available in the following options: a mixed variety tray, which includes 12 mini sandwiches (four of each filling), or a single-variety tray featuring 12 mini sandwiches on freshly made grilled baguettes of your chosen filling. Sandwich options include: 1. Jamón Serrano – Spanish dry cured ham paired with Manchego cheese, topped with tomato spread and olive oil 2. Spanish Chorizo – Finished with tomato spread and a drizzle of olive oil 3.
