We're Luis and Sarai, a husband-and-wife team passionate about sharing the authentic flavors of Spain with our Austin community. Founded in 2019 as a catering business and expanded into a food truck in 2023, our goal has always been simple: bring people together through great food.

Inspired by Spanish culinary traditions, we prepare our dishes using fresh ingredients, traditional techniques, and locally sourced products while supporting local farms and businesses. Every meal is made with care, honoring the recipes, flavors, and hospitality that make Spanish cuisine so special.
